It is with a heavy heart that Labyrinth mourns the passing of longtime company member Kevin Geer, who passed away January 25th. A veteran of stage and screen, Kevin was a beloved fixture in the New York theater scene, appearing in the 1988 Broadway revival of A Streetcar Named Desire and the 2004 revival of 12 Angry Men. Off-Broadway he appeared in Warren Leight’s Side Man at Classic Stage, Kid Champion at The Public, and Kenneth Lonergan’s Medieval Play at Signature. At Labyrinth he appeared in Brett C. Leonard’s Unconditional, as well as countless readings and workshops of new plays. He is remembered fondly by all who knew him as a kind and generous man, who never had a bad word for anyone and who passionately loved the theater. He will be deeply missed.
