AUTOMATIC SLIMS

733 Washington Street

“This is the closest bar and restaurant to the theater so it’s the perfect spot to grab a quick drink before or after a show. The Buffalo chicken fingers and their hand cut fries are among our favorites at this local and low key bar.” – GRANT

BAYARD’S ALE HOUSE

533 Hudson St. (bet. Charles & West 10th)

THE RUSTY KNOT

425 West St. (bet. 11th St. & Perry)

“If you’re looking for a fun and casual place to get a pre-show drink near the Bank Street Theater, we recommend The Rusty Knot. The kitschy nautical & Polynesian themed interior is deliberately and deliciously campy. The staff is super friendly. And from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on weekdays they have a 2-for-1 happy hour special on well drinks. If you’re feeling peckish, be sure to try the pretzel dogs or the guacamole and chips. And if you’ve never ordered a Dark & Stormy before, this is the place to take the plunge.” – KEVIN
