Every summer, company members take two weeks off to develop and support each other's work. That intense and creative time together - digging deep and constantly raising the stakes - is at the heart of who we are and how we approach the work. Our training programs are inspired by our desire to share this community building experience. For us, education is about empowering artists to debunk stereotypes, claim their unique voice and affect change.
